Robert Porter "Bob" McKimson Sr. (October 13, 1910 – September 29, 1977) was an American animator, illustrator and director known for his work at Warner Bros. for the Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies theatrical shorts. He directed various cartoons with Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Porky Pig, and Sylvester. He is also known for creating characters and/or developing characters such as Foghorn Leghorn, Hippety Hopper, Sylvester Jr., Speedy Gonzales, and the Tasmanian Devil.

McKimson died on September 29, 1977, at the age of 66.
