Gossamer, also known as Rudolf,[1] is a monster and recurring character in the Looney Tunes animated franchise. His voice was originated by Mel Blanc.

Gossamer is usually portrayed as a menacing creature in his early appearances, tasked by his masters to intimidate anyone who dares to step inside of their domain. However, as an enemy to Bugs Bunny, he is shown to be incredibly foolish and easy to fool with.
