Daffy Duck's Thanks-for-Giving Special is a Thanksgiving special starring Daffy Duck. It aired on November 20, 1980 on CBS. It was written by Chuck Jones and Michael Maltese, and directed by Jones. While the majority of the special is comprised of classic Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies, it also features an original short titled Duck Dodgers and the Return of the 24½th Century; also directed by Jones.
Daffy tries to pitch in a new Duck Dodgers sequel. But his boss J.L. wants Daffy to make a Thanksgiving special or he would get fired.
