Carrotblanca is the four hundred and eighty-second short in the Looney Tunes theatrical series. It was distributed by Warner Bros. on August 25, 1995. It was written by Timothy Cahill, produced by Kathleen Helppie-Shipley and Julie McNally, and directed by Douglas McCarthy.
Mr. Bugs must protect a top secret document from getting into the hands of General Pandemonium. While doing so, he meets up with an old flair by the name of Miss Kitty Ketty.

Behind the scenes
- The short is parody and an homage the classic 1942 Warner Bros. film Casablanca.
- It is the first instance of which Penelope talks in animated form, although she did speak prior in a few issues of the Looney Tunes comic series by DC Comics.
