Heir-Conditioned is a three hundred and fifty-sixth Looney Tunes theatrical short. It was distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures and The Vitaphone Corporation on November 26, 1955. It was written by Warren Foster, produced by Edward Selzer, and directed by Friz Freleng.

Sylvester finds himself inheriting the fortune of his recently-deceased mistress, but his financial adviser fights back on a group of greedy cats. In the meantime, Elmer teaches the cat on investing his wealth responsibly in business and industry.

It is the second of three Warner Bros. cartoons underwritten by the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation; the first one being By Word of Mouse (1954), and followed by the Merrie Melodies short Yankee Dood It (1956).[1]
