Arthur Davis (June 14, 1905 – May 9, 2000) was an American animator and director known for his time at the Warner Bros. Cartoons studio between 1941 to 1962, and his work on the Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies theatrical shorts. He served as a regular director for both series before the closure of his animation unit in 1947, following a budget issue from Warners. He also served as a key animator for Friz Freleng's unit for many years.

Davis died on May 9, 2000, at the age of 94.
