Warren Foster (October 4, 1904 – December 13, 1971) was a American writer, cartoonist and composer who worked at the Warner Bros. animation unit from 1938 to 1957. He worked under the units of Bob Clampett, Frank Tashlin, Robert McKimson, and Friz Freleng, writing a total of 171 theatrical shorts for Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies.

Foster died on December 13, 1971, at the age of 67.
