Milton J. Franklyn (September 16, 1897 – April 24, 1962) was an American composer and arranger known for his music work on the Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies shorts. He succeeded Carl W. Stalling, whom he previously worked as a musical arranger, as the composer of both series in 1954.
Franklyn died of a heart attack in 1962, at the age of 81.
