Hare-Less Wolf is the four hundred and thirty-fourth Merrie Melodies theatrical short. It was distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures and The Vitaphone Corporation on February 1, 1958. It was written by Warren Foster, and directed by Friz Freleng.

Charles M. Wolf is sent by his wife to get a rabbit for dinner. But when he gets confused by what he was supposed to be hunting for, Bugs decides to heckle him.

  • Part of the title, 'Hare-Less', is another hair/hare pun. This time, it's a pun of 'hairless'.
  • Charles M. Wolf is named after Charles M. Jones, one of the credited aliases of director Chuck Jones.
  • Charles' character design has a resemblance to the Big Bad Wolf in Red Riding Hoodwinked, but wears a set of clothes.

Errors
