Tweety's S.O.S. is the three hundred and fortieth Merrie Melodies theatrical short. It was distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures and The Vitaphone Corporation on September 22, 1951. It was written by Warren Foster, produced by Edward Selzer and directed by Friz Freleng.
After spying on Tweety on a cruise ship, Sylvester plans to board inside it to pursue his prey. However, his attempts would repeatedly be hindered by the highly protective Granny and his own seasickness.

Behind the scenes
- The MPAA certificate number is 14163.
- Tweety repurposes the "This little piggy" gag from A Tale of Two Kitties when pulling out Sylvester's fingers on a high wire; here, he does the rhyme "Eeny, meeny, miny, moe" instead.
- Sylvester's scream after getting blown out of the funnel was previously heard in Porky's Super Service.

- The boat sequence is later used as a basis for economic short Trip for Tat.
