Release

Dates are in order of release:

  • United States: April 1, 1960 in theatres

Behind the scenes

  • The title is a parody of the television series Person to Person.
  • It was the last theatrical cartoon in which Arthur Q. Bryan provided the voice of Elmer Fudd, and the last cartoon to pair Elmer with both Bugs and Daffy.
  • Due to the long production time for all of the theatrical cartoons, the cartoon's pop culture references had become outdated by 1960. In real life, Edward R. Murrow had already left Person to Person and was replaced by Charles Collingwood.
    • A similar problem had previously occurred with the short Wild Wild World; the Wide Wide World TV series (of which that short was a parody of) was already cancelled in 1958 by the time that was released.
  • When this cartoon got restored for the Looney Tunes Super Stars' Daffy Duck: Frustrated Fowl DVD, it was cropped to a widescreen format. It was later restored to fullscreen format in both the Daffy Duck DVD release of Stars of Space Jam, and on the Bugs Bunny's 80th Anniversary Collection Blu-ray set.

Errors

  • This cartoon had no MPAA number during the credits sequence.
