Hyde and Go Tweet is the four hundred and fifty-ninth Merrie Melodies theatrical short. It was published by Warner Bros. Pictures on May 14, 1960. It was directed by Friz Freleng.

Sylvester sleeps near the office of Dr. Jekyll, who uses a formula that transforms him into a reflection of his evil nature. When Tweety accidentally douses himself inside of the formula's bottle, Sylvester he suddenly alternates from catching the little bird to being the one chased by Tweety's monstrous form.
