Ant Pasted is the three hundred and eighteenth Merrie Melodies theatrical short. It was distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures and The Vitaphone Corporation on May 9, 1953. It was written by Warren Foster, produced by Edward Selzer and directed by Friz Freleng.

On the 4th of July, Elmer decides to go camping and set off some of his assorted fireworks in celebration. After several of his fireworks explode on the anthill colonies, the ants declare war on Elmer.

  • The title is a pun on ant paste, a home insecticide chemical used for killing ants. The word "pasted" is slang for getting a beating.
