Looney Tunes is a platform game developed and published by Sunsoft, based on the Looney Tunes/Merrie Melodies cartoons. It was released for the Nintendo Game Boy in 1992.

Summary

The game consists of six to seven levels, with each one having a playable character.

Level 1: Daffy Duck

In a side-scrolling level, Daffy must look for treasure in the deep, blue sea.

The bosses of this stage include Yosemite Sam (both in his regular attire and in a diving suit), Marvin the Martian, and a giant fish.

Level 2: Tweety Pie

In another side-scrolling level, Tweety flies to search for bird seed.

The bosses are Sylvester and his son Sylvester Jr.

Level 3: Porky Pig

Taking the role of an aviary pilot, Porky Pig must clear the skies of all hazards and enemies.

The bosses are a witch and a giant star.

Level 4: Taz

A short bonus stage that involves the Tasmanian Devil ravaging through blocks and collecting meat drumsticks.

Level 5: Speedy Gonzales

In a haunted house-themed level, Speedy Gonzales must find his way out and get the cheese.

The bosses include a singing mummy, a frog, and Dracula.

Level 6: Road Runner

An endless running stage that involves the Road Runner running through the desert, avoiding rock avalanches and outwitting Wile E. Coyote and his traps.

Level 7: Bugs Bunny

The final level, which is similar to the Crazy Castle series, involves Bugs Bunny going through a castle, defeating enemies and bosses faced in previous levels.

The final boss of this stage is Elmer Fudd, whom Bugs must defeat to get the final item of the game: a carrot.

Ending

Upon completion, a montage of the previous stages are shown, in addition to a credits sequence featuring other characters, including Foghorn Leghorn and Pepé Le Pew, who are unplayable.

After the credits, the game shows the final score and ends with the "That's all folks!" tagline.
