Daffy Duck's Quackbusters is a compilation film featuring Looney Tunes/Merrie Melodies shorts and bridging sequences, starring Daffy Duck. The film was released in theatres by Warner Bros. on September 24, 1988. It was the final theatrical Looney Tunes production in which Mel Blanc provided the voice of various characters before his death on July 10, 1989. It is also the last Looney Tunes compilation film to be produced.
The film's narrative is inspired by Ghostbusters, focusing on Daffy operating a paranormal detective agency with the help of the other Looney Tunes cast. Most of the films included in the compilation have a comedy-horror theme, with stories involving spirit possession, exorcism, Transylvanian vampires, magic words, and Yetis.

Behind the scenes
- Similar to The Looney Looney Looney Bugs Bunny Movie (which was preceded by the 1958 short Knighty Knight Bugs), the film was preceded by the exclusive short The Night of the Living Duck.
- Unlike previous compilation films, Quackbusters uses pre-existing music from older Looney Tunes/Merrie Melodies shorts composed by Carl W. Stalling, Milt Franklyn and William Lava for both the new animation and classic footage. It was also one of the two compilation films not composed by Robert J. Walsh, the other being 1979's The Bugs Bunny/Road Runner Movie, which was composed by Dean Elliott.
- When Daffy gets hit by a wrecking ball, his scream is repurporsed from the one Sylvester uses in Tugboat Granny, which was also used by Wile E. Coyote and Daffy in To Beep or Not to Beep and Tease for Two, respectively.
