Memorable quotes
Clark: Who said-- Oh, not Mr. Myxzptlk again!? Come to cause more trouble?
Mr. Mxyzptlk: Not I, mild-mannered one! I've taken up gardening!
Bugs: Say, doc, I don't suppose you'd grant a rabbit a last wish... Mine is: "not to be shot!"
Superman: (thinking) He's growing his stores all over the city, displacing other buildings! Metropolis is starting to look like one giant strip-mall!
Do-Do: I've been playing tricks on people here but it's becoming impossible! The people are becoming more weird than I am! […] You can't annoy people in a world of computers and cable TV and cheesy politicians, why even try?
Elmer: Now what were we doing before we were intewwupted?
Bugs: I believe I was hunting Elmers!
Mr. Mxyzptlk: Don't tell me, let me guess: some pea-brained super-hero tricked you into saying your name backwards!
Do-Do: No... There were no super-heroes on the world I came from! Just rabbits, ducks, pigs...
Mr. Mxyzptlk: A world without super-heroes? You've got to help me get of this place!
Do-Do: Well, maybe if we can find some parts and pool our areas of expertise... We could use parts from my transporter...
Mr. Mxyzptlk: What are you waiting for? Let's go! There's gotta be a lab or some sort of parts shop on this world!
Foghorn: I'd sing "Happy Birthday" but your name messes up the rhyme!
Mr. Mxyzptlk: I don't usually accept gifts from strange roosters but... okay!
Daffy: What ho, yonder varlent! doth thou challenge Duck'Tagnan, most expert swordsfowl of the King's English? All for one! And two for twenty-nine! Three for a dollar! Four for Texas!
Mr. Mxyzptlk: "Tasmanian devil (n) - a savage creature that eats bats, rats, cats, dogs, frogs, goats, stoats, fleas, bees, shrimps and imps." IMPS!?
Taz: Imps low-fat... Less filling!
Mr. Mxyzptlk: Help! Help!
Porky: Wh-wh-where are we?
Daffy: Well, it ain't Dawson's Creek, kiddo!
Sylvester: To coin a phrase -- Sufferin' succotash!
Marvin: Lieutenant K-9! Someone is spying on me while I prepare to destroy the Earth! Oooh, that makes me simply furious!
Green Lantern: (thinking) There's a logical explanation for this, and I sure wish I knew what it was!
Speedy: ¡Arriba, arriba! ¡Andale! Lo siento, Señor Flash! Speedy Gonzales coming through!
Flash: (thinking) "Speedy Gon-" what? I knew I shouldn't have eaten that last cheese burrito!
Pepé: Ah, ma cheri... Let me take you away from all this! Let me take you to ze casbah!
Plastic Man: No, no! I'm not a cat! I'm a super-hero! A really confused super-hero!
Pepé: (to reader) Some women will try anything to appear -- how do you say? -- "hard to get," no?
Batman: "The world's only Hoboken-born penguin." This has got to be some sort of diabolical trick by my arch-enemies... or something...
