Robert Frederick Paulsen III is an American actor and voice director, known for his various voice roles in animated television series and films. He is best known for playing Yakko Warner and Pinky in Animaniacs, of which he received a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Performer in an Animated Program and three Annie Awards for the series.

Other Roles
Outside of Animaniacs, Paulson is also known for his roles as Carl Wheezer on Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius, Raphael in the 1987 rendition of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles on CBS, and Donatello in the 2012 version of the latter on Nickelodeon. For Hanna-Barbera and Cartoon Network, he provided the voices of Hadji on the second season of Jonny Quest, Major Glory in the The Justice Friends segments of Dexter's Laboratory, and several characters in the Ben 10 franchise such as Ditto; one of Ben's alien forms.
For Disney, Paulsen was the voice of Toodles on Mickey Mouse Clubhouse when the character was given a face and voice during the show's fourth season. He also voiced José Carioca from 2001 until June 2020, when he announced that he will no longer voice characters of color, including José.
