Pinky is the title character and partial antagonist of the Pinky and the Brain segments in the Animaniacs television series, and its full-length spin-off series. He is an open-minded yet feeble-minded mouse who works with the Brain, who often blames him for ruining his plans for world domination. He is voiced by Rob Paulsen.

Pinky is a genetically-altered mouse who lives in a cage alongside the Brain, as a roommate at Acme Labs. Described as "insane" by the theme song's lyrics, he is often unstable and hyperactive, yet entirely oblivious to everything happening around him. He is often confused, naive and forgetful, yet is also shown to be friendly and loyal. His unpredictable personality usually helps him stay optimistic in moments of danger, though it can also get him into worse situations.
Pinky's appearance is a stark contrast to the Brain; whereas the latter is short, has a crooked tail and red sclera, Pinky is taller, has a straight tail and blue sclera. He is also has a severe overbite and speaks in Cockney British accent.
