Daffy's Diner is the five-hundred and fifteenth Merrie Melodies theatrical short. It was distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures on January 21, 1967. It was written by Michael O'Connor, produced by David H. DePatie and Friz Freleng, and directed by Robert McKimson.

Daffy is an owner of a diner in Mexico, where is threatened by El Supremo, a very tough cat bandito. He is offered to make him a live "mouseburger," but Daffy lacks the ingredient to make one until Speedy Gonzales comes for a job application.
