Daffy's Diner is the five-hundred and fifteenth Merrie Melodies theatrical short. It was distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures on January 21, 1967. It was written by Michael O'Connor, produced by David H. DePatie and Friz Freleng, and directed by Robert McKimson.
Daffy runs a Desert Diner in Mexico, where is threatened by El Supremo, a very tough cat bandito, to make him a real, live, mouseburger. Problem is: Daffy doesn't have any real live mice for the last few weeks. That is... until Speedy Gonzales, the fastest mouse in all of Mexico, comes to apply for a job.
