Bosko is an animated character created by animators Hugh Harman and Rudolf Ising. He was the first recurring star of Leon Schlesinger's Looney Tunes cartoon series, and appeared in thirty-nine shorts. His voice was originated by Carman Maxwell, and then portrayed by Carman Maxwell, Bernard B. Brown, and Johnny Murray through the 1930s.
