"It's No Picnic" is the first part of the fourth episode of Taz-Mania season one, and is the sixth episode overall. It aired on September 28, 1991 on Fox Kids. It was written by Mark Saraceni and Art Vitello, voice directed by Vitello, and directed by Greg Duffell and Gary Hartle.

Bull and Axl try and trap the Tazmanian Devil family while they are on a picnic.
