Behind the scenes
- Bugs and Daffy have known each other for 17 years and that they have been roommates for five years.
- Bugs' "backstory" is a reference to Superman's origin story and parodies the version seen in the 1978 Superman film. John William's score of the film is also used in this scene.
- Daffy's middle name is Sheldon, but he prefers Armando because he thought it sounded cooler.
- Bugs' favorite type of music is smooth jazz.
- Bugs' favorite holiday is Thanksgiving.
- The birth dates of Bugs and Daffy, July 27th and April 17th, respectively, are the same dates of their respective debuts in the Warner Bros. theatrical shorts; July 27 was when Bugs first appeared in A Wild Hare in 1940, while April 17 was when Daffy debuted in Porky's Duck Hunt in 1937.
- Daffy gets Bugs' catchphrase wrong by questioning it was "I don't do Mondays." This is a reference to Garfield, the cat from the titular comic strip known for his hatred for Mondays.
- The Warner Bros. Water Tower makes a cameo when Bugs and Daffy's heads get stuck through the ceiling of the game show.
Errors
Everlasting Influence
- This concept is revisited in the series finale "Best Friends Redux".
- Bugs expands on his Superman story in "Super Rabbit".
- Daffy decides that Armando doesn't stick and changes his middle name back to Sheldon in "Bugs & Daffy Get a Job"
