Warner Bros. Animation Inc. is an American animation studio that is part of the Warner Bros. Television Studios division of Warner Bros., the subsidiary of Warner Bros. Discovery. It is a successor to Warner Bros. Cartoons, which was active from 1933 to 1969, and was established on March 15, 1980[1] by Hal Geer. The studio is closely associated with characters from the Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies, and have produced various works related to the Looney Tunes franchise.

Apart from the Looney Tunes series, Warner Bros. Animation has also created media based on DC Entertainment and Hanna-Barbera properties (since both companies are owned by Warner Bros.; the latter of which was absorbed to in 2001).
