Upload request

I tried uploading the Tweety & Kitty merchandise line logo with Special:Upload, but it said "You do not have permission to create new pages." I do believe that for new users, they would either be required to be auto confirmed, or have to wait around week since the creation of an account after doing 10 edits minimum. In that case I will have to upload the image myself. Also, thanks for coming to the wiki. Thanks for clarifying. ^^ It's a pleasure, nice to meet you. :] Similarly, I come from (and founded) the Sanrio Wiki; coincidentally another Grifkuba site, which is how I learned about this wiki and Hanna-Barbera Wiki. I like a lot of the Looney Tunes and Hanna-Barbera cartoons as well, and if you like, Sanrio Wiki and Looney Tunes wiki, Hanna-Barbera Wiki can be affiliates.
