I'm not sure what Tom Ruegger's involvement in with the creation. I spoke to him on Facebook about it, and he said all what was there about his involvement is already on the internet, which is actually severly inadequate. Wikipedia says he is the co-developer, but unless he added that himself, I don't know where Wikipedia would have got that (I've looked at the history of Tom Ruegger's page, and it looks like he has edited it along with his son(s)).
