Ivan Reitman was a Canadian film director and producer, known for his credits in comedy films such as National Lampoon's Animal House (1978), Meatballs (1979), Ghostbusters and its sequel Ghostbusters II (1984 and 1989, respectively), Twins (1988), and Kindergarten Cop (1990). He served as a co-producer of the 1996 live-action/animated feature film Space Jam.
Reitman died in his sleep on February 12, 2022, at the age of 75.
