Since Hugh Harman and Rudolf Ising first pitched Bosko to Warner Bros. executive Leon Schlesinger in 1929, Looney Tunes, and its sister series, Merrie Melodies, have continued to entertain audiences young and old for multiple generations, and will continue to do so as long as Bugs Bunny eats a carrot, Elmer and Yosemite Sam keep getting outwitted, Daffy remains incredibly "daffy," Porky does the best thing he could do in a sticky situation, Wile E. keeps on chasing the Road Runner, Marvin plots on blowing up the Earth, Speedy Gonzales runs fast, Pepé searches for love, Foghorn plays pranks, and Tweety thinks he "taw a puddy tat". This wiki is meant to record and celebrate the Warner Bros. theatrical cartoons, as well as the many TV shows, movies, and other media that came out of it.
